Every year two of my closest friends and I use to exchange Christmas gifts. We normally have stipulations that we could not spend more than $25 on each person.
We are some savvy shoppers so we normally would have three gifts for each person.
In the last few years of our gift exchange, I was focused on giving an item that was cute, like costume jewelry and at least one item that will help them advance in the next year, whether it was financially, professionally, emotionally or mentally.
If you are buying gifts this season for any of the special women in your life here are a few gift ideas to help them advance financially.
Budget Planner
Help your favorite girls make a plan to reach their financial goals by getting them a budget planner.
Everyone is trying to get their money right so they can actually get closer to the goals they want to achieve, such as, traveling, investing, starting a business, or even buying real estate. Here are 3 cute options:
All-In-One Cash Envelope Wallet
This may be my favorite item on the list, but I love a nice wallet that can be carried on its own without a bag.
The great thing about these wallets is that they are stylish and you can still easily carry your cash envelopes with you without destroying them or having to constantly look for them in your purse.
Here are a few options I love and at least 2 of them have can also fit your phone!!!
Piggybank
If you have a favorite “Lil” girl in your life, I am always a fan of teaching them how to save at an early age.
Hopefully, a habit will be built where she becomes a life-long saver. Here are a few banks to help get them on the path to becoming super savers.
Planner
Do your friends or family have goals that they want to achieve but they are not financial? Pick up a goal planner for them.
With goal planner, they will be able to write out their SMART goals outline the actionable steps they need to take to achieve them.
Journal
A part of self-care is writing down how we feel and giving thanks for everything we have been blessed with.
I love giving journals because even if the receiver doesn’t use them for self-care there is usually a master plan written down in a notebook.
In the comments below, let me know who are your favorite girls on your Christmas list?
